Problem:
GO-Global fails to connect

Answer:
Check if Hyper-V role or feature is enabled, if so, please refer to the administrator guide from page 5 and you will see it states the following:

GO-Global is not supported on computers that have the Hyper-V role or feature enabled.

The only option here is to either remove these roles and services, or install on a host where these are not needed and installed.
