Answer: Since many customers are totally unfamiliar with certificates, GraphOn included a way to automate generating and installing a free LetsEncrypt TLS/SSL certificate. GraphOn has no association with LetsEncrypt, they include a method to generate a LetsEncrypt certifica te te purely for the convenience of the customer. Lets Encrypt only offers these free TLS certificates with 3 month expirations. That is the only option for free certificates. To extend the expiration date, the customers will need to purchase a TLS certificate. You can generate your TLS for whatever length that is desired, assuming that length is supported by the certificate authority you choose to use. Thank you.
